Refund policy
We hand inspect each item before it ships. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days from the day you receive (delivery conformation) to contact us for a return.
We do not issue cash or card refunds. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit/gift cards. All returns must be unworn, unwashed and with the tags still attached. Non-qualifying items include but are not limited to: items smelling of smoke, pet odor, or body odor; has stains, animal hair, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify.
For sanitary purposes, jewelry, hair accessories(including hats), eye wear, bralettes, and undergarments may not be returned for any reason.
Size exchange: We will gladly exchange your item for a different size so long as that item is available in the needed size. The exchanged item will be shipped to you once the first is received. If we were not contacted via email for a return before the 14 day window, no exchange will be granted.
Sale items: All sale items are FINAL SALE, meaning they are ineligible for returns or exchanges for any reason.
Damaged items:
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.
We will inspect the items before they ship out. If there is some sort of damage that was missed, we will happily rectify the issue.
If you are returning shoes, the shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box such as the box that your shoes were mailed to you in. Unfortunately -other customers do not want shoes that look used and Damage to the shoe box make the shoes ineligible for returns.
